Job Description

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations with modern trade partners. Your main tasks will include building and nurturing strong working relationships with key category buyers and store managers, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by account, ensuring timely execution of listings and in-store merchandising, tracking secondary sales, stock availability, and fill rates, as well as planning and executing brand activations and consumer promotions within MT stores. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of modern trade operations and structure. You must be sales-oriented with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
