Role Overview: As a Team Leader in the Oil & Gas industry, your main responsibility will be to work with the business to understand and manage Programs for Clients/Brands, focusing on accelerating core growth metrics, particularly in sales & distribution. You will provide guidance and instruction to a working group, ensuring effective and efficient completion of projects with proper resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and drive business development. - Cultivate a culture of success and continuous business and goal achievement. - Manage sales teams and resources to deliver growth. - Recruit and build a new team to support the company's expanding needs and future projects. - Define an optimal sales force structure and coordinate sales training programs to enable staff to reach their potential and support company objectives. - Manage customer expectations to maintain a high level of satisfaction. - Define sales processes that lead to desired sales outcomes and identify areas for improvement. - Educate merchants about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), convert them, and manage their accounts effectively. - Possess exceptional communication, presentation skills, and relationship building abilities. - Demonstrate the capability to aggressively execute a sales strategy, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferred). - Strong understanding of the local language. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.,
