what will you do

    • build a systematic, process driven approach to grow offline partnerships
    • structure, negotiate, and execute win-win deals with leading brands across categories
    • collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and ops teams to co create high impact partner activations
    • act as the voice of the partner internally, helping CRED teams understand merchant needs and influencing product evolution
    • ensure seamless execution and reporting of partner commitments
    • deliver an exceptional experience to members ensuring high member NPS

you should apply if you:

    • possess strong negotiation and storytelling ability
    • have relationship building and networking expertise with offline plus digital brands
    • have clear, persuasive communication across senior stakeholders and on ground partners
    • have experience in partner management and business acumen with execution ownership
    • possess 5+ years of experience in ad sales / client facing roles with reputed agencies or consumer tech firms, with retail or offline execution experience
    • thrive in a high-ownership, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
