Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

Role Overview: You will be joining Troovy, a rapidly growing startup in India that specializes in producing healthy snacks for children. Troovy is dedicated to providing children with enjoyable and nutritious food options, striving to eliminate the need for them to choose between taste and health. As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and oversee the Modern Trade channel for Troovy within the Delhi NCR and West UP regions. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and lead the Modern Trade channel for Troovy in Delhi NCR and West UP - Utilize your experience and pre-existing relationships within standalone and chained Modern Trade stores in the specified areas - Focus on selling premium FMCG products, particularly in the food sector - Drive sales and build a strong network of key accounts in the region Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Sales and Key Accounts - Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in the food industry or selling premium products is highly advantageous - Proven track record of successfully securing new accounts would be a significant asset in this role,
