**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Key Account Manager at Troovy, your primary responsibility will be to establish and manage the Modern Trade channel for the company in Delhi NCR and West UP. You will be tasked with leveraging your experience and relationships within standalone and chained Modern Trade stores to drive sales of Troovy's healthy snacks. The role is based in Gurugram and requires full-time, on-site presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set up and lead the Modern Trade channel for Troovy in Delhi NCR and West UP - Utilize existing relationships in the Modern Trade stores to promote and sell Troovy's premium FMCG products - Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives - Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales and Key Accounts - Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the food industry or selling premium products is a significant advantage - Demonstrated experience in breaking into new accounts is highly desirable,
