Position: Modern Trade & Quick Commerce Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Modern Trade & Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong visibility & placement of Manpasand products.
• Handle key account management with top modern trade retailers and online partners.
• Plan and implement promotional activities and consumer offers.
• Analyze category performance, sales data, and market trends to drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, marketing, and operations alignment.

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
• 3–6 years of experience in Modern Trade / Quick Commerce / FMCG Sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience with food, beverage, or FMCG brands preferred.
