Job Description

Role Objective:

To manage and grow strategic accounts in the diagnostics segment by building long-term relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and corporate clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and developing customized solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with key hospital chains, diagnostic centers, and institutional clients.
Drive business growth from assigned key accounts through upselling and cross-selling diagnostic services and products.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Prepare and execute account-specific business plans and sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, and technical) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct periodic business reviews and presentations for key clients.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
