Key Account Manager I

You will be responsible for signing contracts with restaurants and managing inquiries from both existing and new clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering sales leads from the market and actively approaching restaurants of all categories to onboard them as partners with Swiggy. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners, providing market-related advice, and offering solutions to their issues. - Managing the sales administration function, optimizing operational performance reporting, streamlining processes, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships. - Taking charge of sales management individually, developing a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets, and enhancing the organization's presence and expense controls. - Handling potential clients in the field as the primary point of contact and representing Swiggy in the market. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales domain. - Proficiency in e-commerce activities and experience with various online marketing channels. - Confident, pleasing, and go-getter personality with effective communication skills. - Aptitude for sales, being a team player, and possessing analytical skills with good excel proficiency. - Leadership and influencing skills to build a wide network of contacts and achieve positive results through a well-planned approach. - Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changes, identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and increase effectiveness and success in campaigns.,
