You will be working as a Key Account Manager E-commerce at TRASE Footwear, a brand based in Delhi, India, known for offering comfortable, stylish, and affordable shoes to individuals. Your primary responsibilities will include managing key accounts, analyzing data, developing business plans, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and business planning abilities. Experience in Key Accounts Management, coupled with excellent customer service skills, will be crucial. You must demonstrate outstanding account management abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully within a team environment. Previous experience in e-commerce or the Retail industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required to qualify for this full-time, onsite position at TRASE Footwear. Your work schedule will consist of 6 working days per week, with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
