Key Account Manager

You will be joining a fast-growing performance marketing agency focused on delivering measurable growth for various brands. Your role as a Key Account Manager will involve being the primary point of contact for key clients, owning and managing multiple performance marketing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage 36 key performance marketing accounts from end to end - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Translate client goals into actionable strategies - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across various platforms - Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights - Identify growth opportunities for clients and upsell relevant services - Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients - Ensure timely reporting, clear communication, and issue resolution - Stay updated on digital trends and platform changes **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business - 3-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting - Strong client management and communication skills - Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools - Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and managing multi-channel budgets - Analytical mindset with experience working on ROAS/CAC-driven campaigns - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, D2C, fintech, or edtech industries You will have the opportunity to lead some of the agency's most exciting accounts, access smart tools, learning resources, and platform partnerships, and grow into higher roles within the organization. The work mode is in-office with standard timings from 9pm-6pm or 10pm-7pm, Monday to Friday with weekends off. Please note that part-time work is not allowed.,
