Role Summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through tailored banking solutions. The role focuses on retention, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate/priority clients.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and provide suitable banking products (loans, deposits, trade services, digital banking, etc.).
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries, escalations, and service requirements.
• Prepare account plans and implement strategies to increase wallet share.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, product, risk) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, credit limits, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and financial discussions.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and internal policies.
• Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
