Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for all revenue generated. You will build relationships with potential partners, maximize revenue performance for your area, and ensure that critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. Your role will involve designing and executing the sales strategy for the area and spearheading on-ground efforts. You will assess the go-to-market strategy for the Fly Loans business in the given region and generate reports on business performance monthly, quarterly, and annually. This position requires you to excel in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling teams in business development or sales. A graduate degree or MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics, or management, is required. You should possess the capability to run a large regional business with minimal inputs and be willing to travel incessantly to drive local channels and relationships. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal, cross-functional teams as well as external partners is essential.
