Key Account Manager – B2B | Full-Time, On-Site | Mumbai (Kandivali West)

Key Account Manager (B2B)

who can play a central role in strengthening these relationships while working closely with internal teams to streamline and elevate our B2B operations.This is a full-time, on-site role at our HQ in Kandivali West, Mumbai. As part of this role, you'll work closely with the Co-founder and the Sales & Technical Training team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across our B2B partner network — including salons, retail outlets, and more.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Monitoring sales and achieving mutually agreed-upon targets across key B2B accounts (salons, etc.)
  • Overseeing the complete order lifecycle — from fulfilment to post-sale service (online + offline B2B)
  • Managing partner communications and ensuring timely outreach and support
  • Collaborating with the sales and training teams to deepen partner relationships and engagement
  • Developing and executing tailored marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive B2B sales growth
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and working cross-functionally to implement solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in partner account management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with business planning
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments
  • Patience, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills — you’ll be the bridge between teams and partners
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience is required for this role

: Monday to Saturday (we’re growing fast, and this rhythm helps us stay on pace)

: 10 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility to wrap up earlier based on alignment with your manager

Compensation

: 6-7LPA + Benefits
