Job Description

As a CS - Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support with delivery of digital campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing projects. Develop project plans, timelines and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to create visually engaging content that aligns with the clients branding and marketing objectives. Review and provide feedback on graphic designs, videos, and other marketing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Implement project management tools and systems to streamline processes and improve project efficiency. Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed to build rapport and strengthen relationships. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience 1 to 2 Years in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (eg, Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus
