Key Account Executive - E-commerce & Quick Commerce

🚀 *We’re Hiring | Key Account Executive – ECommerce & QCommerce*

At *MOOZ Formaggio*, we’re on a mission to deliver premium cheese and dairy products to households across India through leading eCommerce and QCommerce platforms. To fuel our next phase of growth, we are looking for a *Key Account Executive* who can take charge of our online retail presence and drive exponential growth.

🔑 *What you’ll do:*

*1.* Manage leading QCommerce platforms (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) and Ecommerce platforms (Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Jiomart).

*2.* Lead *end-to-end onboarding* of new products: catalog setup, descriptions, placement, and pricing.

*3.* Build and nurture strong partnerships with category managers and platform stakeholders.

*4.* Own *SKU assortment, pricing, and promotional planning* across platforms.

*5.* Solve operational issues, *push inventory to dark store level* by connecting with platform POCs, and unlock growth opportunities.

*6.* Monitor SKU-level availability and proactively fix fill rates & stock-outs.

*7.* Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and creative teams for seamless execution.

*8.* Maintain healthy platform relationships with proactive issue resolution.

*9.* (Bonus) Experience with any qcom intelligence tools will be an added advantage.

🎯 *Who should apply:*

* 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in *ECommerce & QCommerce account management*.

* Strong understanding of catalog management, promotions, and platform operations.

* A problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management skills.

📍 *Location:* Faridabad | WFO/Hybrid
