Key Account (Channel Sales)

The role of a Key Accounts Manager - Channel Partner involves meeting Channel Partners (CP) daily to acquire Referral Customers and manage accounts in the designated zone by establishing a robust network of real estate brokers and developing partnerships with them. Your key responsibilities will include regular visits to both new and existing channel partners to enhance your influence within the network. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of customer database and leads through the assistance of your channel partners. It is crucial to maintain the highest quality in leads, where each customer lead shared by the Channel Partner should result in an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit. Coordinating to address customer requests promptly and ensuring engagement through trust, effective communication, and service offerings of the company are also essential in this role. Upholding the brand image of the company by adhering to the appropriate code of conduct is another key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you are required to have at least a Graduation or Similar Qualification along with 1 to 2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners. A good understanding of real estate brokers and their business is necessary. Strong sales skills, the ability to build connections with Channel Partners and End Customers, a two-wheeler with a valid license, proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language, a target-driven approach, and flexibility with work timings/schedule are additional qualifications that will contribute to your success in this role.,
