Designation: Executive & Sr Executive (Domestic Voice Process) Languages Known: Kannada/Malayalam and English (mandatory) Work Location: Chennai Work mode: Work from office (No work from home option) Qualification: Any graduate (Arrears cannot be considered) Notice period: Immediate Joiners Interview Venue : HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES, Featherlite 200 feet Road , Pallavaram Salary: Freshers flat 2.50 LPA (Irrespective of language) Kannada - 4.0 LPA Max Malayalam 4.0 LPA Max. Desired Candidate Profile: Fresher or Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication. Fresher with excellent communication can also be considered. Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). Only Immediate joiners. Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. Willing to work in rotational shifts Rounds of Interviews: HR round Operations round. Technical Assessment.
