KAM Lead APAC

As a Senior Executive Key Account Management (APAC) at LeadSquared, your role is central to driving long-term customer success and revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region. With 4-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, successful product adoption, and measurable business outcomes in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in APAC, focusing on driving satisfaction, adoption, and retention. - Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers. - Design tailored success roadmaps by understanding customer business models, processes, and goals. - Lead end-to-end product implementation and configuration as per client requirements. - Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to achieve growth targets. - Develop regional account strategies with success metrics, risk assessments, and expansion plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful client outcomes. - Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance insights and growth recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field OR equivalent professional experience in SaaS/software. - 4-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Project Delivery (ERP, CRM, SaaS preferred). - Proven track record in managing large/complex accounts and driving measurable commercial results. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills to engage senior/executive stakeholders in APAC markets. - Ability to translate client needs into product-driven solutions and ensure business impact. - Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and regional environment.,
