KAM Intern

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Operations Department at DROPDASH, a leading drop shipping company, your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships with key clients in the e-commerce and dropshipping industry. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the growth of the company's portfolio. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive e-commerce landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. - Developing customized strategies to meet clients" business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios, increase revenue, and introduce new products, services, or features. - Guiding clients on optimizing their online stores and ensuring smooth drop shipping operations including inventory management, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment. - Tracking and reporting key performance metrics, providing insights for improvement, and conducting regular check-ins to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, familiarity with global drop shipping suppliers and marketplaces, experience working with international clients, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and execution will be beneficial.
