Had traveled in Kabra bus from ahmedabad to Ujjain round trip. Had an amazing experience, clean bus, nice seats. They provide pillow, blanket and water bottles too. Air Conditioning is also quite effective.

Third class service.. my parcel dispatch last day.. in slip collection time was 10 to 6 pm.. but 1 go there 3 times.. first 10 am but not open.. i call them but phon is switch off.. i call main branch they said you get parcel 12.30 pm at satellite.. i go again.. now they tell me you recieved parcel 2.30 pm.. this is ridiculous..

Worst experience. Kabra Bus that was supposed to start at 5:30 came at 10 pm and left at 11:30. Had to wait alone with luggage on a stranded bus stand with no facility. Horrible experience. Didn't even get compensated from the company …

If police didn't arrived what should we expected here ?
