Journey was good. Bus was clean. Service was satisfactory but delay was completely unreasonable. Drop time was 8am and I got drop at 11am. 20-30mins delay can be understood but 3hrs delay makes entire day hectic.

Very poor service, bus got delayed by 2 hours, driver didn’t inform us just telling that they are arriving in 10 mins everytime we call……at the end we had to cancel the ticket and took the car all the way to Ahmedabad , will never book this bus again

Borivali office staff is most hopeless. never taking call or reply properly. Ahmedabad staff is good, at least received your call. Responsible person should check this.

Had traveled in Kabra bus from ahmedabad to Shirdi round trip. Had an amazing experience, clean bus, nice seats. They provide pillow, blanket and water bottles too. Air Conditioning is also quite effective. The best thing was, we reached an hour before the scheduled time.

Very bad experience travelling with kabra from Indore to Ahmedabad, staff is pathetic they do not coordinate with the passenger and are very arrogant and ruthless, they were asking additional money rs 800 for seat adjustment, such a shameless behaviour by the bus conductor and driver, never ever gonna travel with them again 🙏 …
