Bus was ok . Their pick up oint is very remotely located in paldi . Took 30 mins to spot the location.

The logistics department was totally liers(personal experience from borivali and ahmedabad paldi branch) ....for business purpose only they accept the parcel but not given a delivered on time...they also don't calling when the parcel was reached at office thus worst logistics ever

Awful experience.They will cancel the bus 3 hours before departure and will ask you to transfer to another of their bus and give you undesirable seat option like last seats. No other choice but to go with them, as other seats are taken. And …

They cancel buses at the last minute and force you onto another one, usually with bad seats. You're trapped because other agencies are fully booked.Whole trip experience get ruins due such kind of system
