Jute Stitching Executive, or Jute Product Stitching Operator, is responsible for sewing jute fabric pieces together to create various jute products like bags, home furnishings, and other items. This role requires a combination of technical skills, including sewing expertise, and personal attributes such as good hand-eye coordination, vision, and the ability to work with precision. Key Responsibilities:Stitching Jute Products:Sewing together cut pieces of jute fabric to form specific shapes and sizes of products, such as bags, according to design specifications or sale advice notes. Diverse Product Knowledge:Understanding and being able to stitch a variety of jute products, including basic bags, fancy bags, and other items like home furnishings. Quality Control:Ensuring the finished products meet quality standards, including proper stitching, shape, size, and any embellishments or finishing requirements. Material Handling:Handling jute fabric, threads, and other materials with care and precision. Workplace Maintenance:Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools are in good working condition. Teamwork:Working effectively with other team members in a production environment. Required Skills and Attributes:Technical Sewing Skills:Proficiency in stitching techniques, including knowledge of different types of stitches and seams used in jute products. Eye-Hand Coordination:Ability to accurately guide fabric and thread under the sewing machine needle. Good Vision:Including near vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception. Attention to Detail:Ensuring precise stitching, accurate measurements, and consistent quality in the finished products. Physical Stamina:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while working.
