Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Junior Admission Counselor at SR Primes. The main responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating clear and effective communication about educational programs and enrollment requirements. Additional tasks include assisting with application reviews, coordinating with other departments, and contributing to the achievement of enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospective students and stakeholders effectively
• Customer service skills to address inquiries and ensure a positive experience for students
• Sales abilities to promote educational programs and encourage enrollment
• Experience or background in education or academic counseling is advantageous
