Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at CognifAI. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Think critically for connecting at right levels/decision makers
• Use social media platforms for building new relationship as well.
• Running of campaigns on social medical platforms or through a lead generation solution.
• Provide one level of initial connect with the client.
• Continuous hustle to ensure client is continuously followed up.
• Learning newer technologies to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in CRO, Pharma or Clinical Trials company.
• Understanding of PV and Clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and email marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
