Position: Junior Web Designer (AI-Aided + UX Focused) Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Phase-8B Mohali Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a creative Junior Web Designer who can blend traditional design skills with modern AI tools to deliver fast, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate understands user behavior and uses data and logic to refine their design process. Responsibilities: Create user-friendly website layouts and components Work with Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop Use AI tools like Midjourney, Framer, or ChatGPT for ideation and content Optimize designs for speed, responsiveness, and UX Collaborate with frontend developers for implementation Requirements: 1–2 years of web/UX/UI design experience Strong knowledge of design principles and responsive design Familiar with AI-based design workflows Strong logic and problem-solving mindset Portfolio of past work (Behance/Dribbble/GitHub etc.) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
