Job Description

Jr. Accounts executive US

Job location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all general accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and month-end close processes.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules.
Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of required documentation.
Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., FP&A, tax, legal) to support business initiatives and reporting.
Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and processes.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

2 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
