Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Telesales Executive located in Kochi. The Junior Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating sales leads, following up on customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.

• Previous experience in a telesales role is beneficial
