Position: Junior Technician

Experience Required

Freshers to candidates with
3+ years of experience
in the Elevator & Lift industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine equipment requirements.
Test newly installed elevators to ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical elevator components.
Handle electrical wiring tasks with strong knowledge of electronics.
Maintain detailed logbooks documenting all repairs, checks, and maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standards, and building codes.
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all job locations.
Coordinate effectively with team members; be a quick learner and a reliable team player.
Take initiative and handle additional responsibilities when required.

Skills & Competencies

Good verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical circuits.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and polite with a customer-focused approach.
