Junior Technical Writer

As a Junior Technical Writer at our company, your role will involve creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, and knowledge base content for both internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Create and edit technical documentation such as user guides, process documents, and release notes. - Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation. - Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all materials. - Review and update existing documentation for accuracy and clarity. - Adhere to documentation standards and templates. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information. - Basic understanding of software development or IT concepts. - Familiarity with documentation tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or Markdown editors. - Willingness to work in a night shift.
