Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding activities for the Localization team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate with

    international clients and vendors

    for project-specific onboarding requirements.
  • Collect and verify documentation in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Schedule and manage induction sessions and training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, IT, Admin) to ensure Day 1 readiness.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding data and generate reports as needed.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
