Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert at Babify Wear. The Junior Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for overseeing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. The role also involves coordinating and conducting interviews, developing employer branding strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to determine hiring needs. The Junior Talent Acquisition Expert will contribute to crafting job descriptions and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in developing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a benefit
