Junior Staff Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your key responsibilities will include traveling to patients" homes to manage care plans as per physicians" instructions, performing wound inspections and dressings, assisting with personal grooming and hygiene, and assessing patients for any signs of infection or weakness. You will also be interacting with family members, educating caregivers on aftercare procedures, and providing healthcare recommendations to physicians. Additionally, you will monitor patient recovery progress, compile reports for physicians, stay updated on healthcare advancements through workshops and lectures, and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and dietary plans. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, possess relevant licenses and certifications, and have practical experience in a similar position. Strong observational, problem-solving, and report writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while following instructions. Active listening, empathy, physical and mental resilience, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are also required. This position may involve immediate start availability and frequent travel between patient homes for care provision.
