Job Description

We are a construction company started by two brothers with 15 years of experience in the tech startup industry. We are on a mission to transform the construction industry and we are looking for our first tech hire.

Key Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end tech solutions- from idea → prototype → deployment.
Build and automate workflows using no-code tools (AppSheet, Glide, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Develop custom dashboards or mini-apps for internal use (using React, Firebase, etc.).
Integrate data between systems (e.g., Zoho → Tally → Google Sheets).
Create APIs and scripts for process automation (Python, Node.js, AppScript).
Collaborate with operations teams to understand field challenges and design practical solutions.
Deploy applications to production and support real users (project managers, site engineers, etc.).
