Job Description

Key Responsibilites

  • Handling social media presence of the clients on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Periscope, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and others.
  • Creating engaging content and digital strategy for brands as per client's requirement.
  • Coordinating with clients for new trends, ideation, and promotion of the brand.
  • Creating monthly way forwards that include contests and ideating on innovative hashtags.
  • Handling the Ads run for brands as per the budgets allocated by the client.
  • Maintaining the data of activities done on the social media platform and tracking ongoing conversations on a daily basis.
  • Generating performance reports of all social media activity and measuring the brand’s overall growth.
  • Conducting regular market research and competition analysis to know about the latest trends.
  • Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.
  • Social media analysis that encompasses data collection, quality checks, making logical stories out of data gathered through various social media channels, and developing appropriate frameworks, deriving valuable consumer insights and recommendations.
  • Real-time tracking and responding to customers’ queries and complaints.
