Key Responsibilities

• Content creation & strategy:
• Plan and create high-quality Instagram posts, reels, and stories aligned with the brand's pastel, playful aesthetic.
• Ideate creative concepts for product shoots, lifestyle Reels, and seasonal campaigns (festivals, store launches, etc.).
• Write catchy, on-brand captions and ensure consistency in visual tone and messaging.
• Track trending audios, memes, and aesthetic formats adapt them to Goodgudi's vibe.
• Influencer marketing & collaborations:
• Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with micro and nano influencers in the lifestyle, beauty, stationery, and gifting space.
• Brief influencers and co-create engaging Reels showcasing Goodgudi products in fun, natural ways.
• Negotiate deliverables and timelines; ensure brand alignment in influencer content.
• Build a long-term influencer community for seasonal and new collection promotions.
• Performance & growth:
• Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics for instagram posts and influencer campaigns.
• Suggest ideas to improve engagement (giveaways, reels challenges, and UGC drives).
• Stay updated with platform updates, features, and creative trends to keep the brand relevant and exciting.
