Junior Site Engineer - Dombivali

Unique thing about how we work is that we are doing all the construction activities from RCC, Services as well as Finishing activities in-house i.e. all the labour is on our payroll. There are no contractors! Hence, this is a very unique and exciting opportunity for a site engineer.

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and managing labour on site.
• Directing, leading and supporting other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
• Studying and understanding structural drawings and explaining them to relevant people on site.
• Resolving execution level details by coordinating with the structural consultant.
• Estimating the quantity of concrete and steel based on the structural drawings.
• Study of architectural as well as service drawings, specifications and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any to superiors
• Planning and scheduling all the activities on site.
• Ensuring that all the work is getting executed based on the architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensuring and checking the quality of construction is as per company standards.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and processes are being followed on site.
• Technical research and performance review before buying any new product or construction equipment and machinery. Making detailed comparative studies of the same.
• To resolve any issues hampering progress on day to day basis.
• Check and certify the Work order or service work related bills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 -5 Years hands on experience of working on site.
• Experience in MIVAN Shuttering process.
• Good exposure in handling high rise residential buildings individually. 
• Good knowledge in execution/costing/Billing/Safety/Quality/team mgmt
