Junior SEO/AEO Analyst

We are seeking a Junior SEO/AEO Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to assist in the implementation of SEO strategies and tactics for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimisation principles and best practices, with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and optimize website performance to improve organic search rankings.

We're a creative digital marketing and web agency based out of Cochin. We help brands with their Branding, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Media Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and Online marketing activities including management of work assignments for the team members.
• Strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking can produce a distinctive SEO strategy.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to drive organic traffic & lead generation
• Apply GEO strategies to ensure content ranks in generative AI results
• Assist in the development and implementation of link building strategies to improve website authority and credibility.
• Good knowledge of the latest Google SEO/AEO/GEO Updates & Algorithm Changes
• Review, analyse and send the Weekly & Monthly reports to the clients. Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Key skills: Technical SEO, Content Management, Social Media

Qualifications & Requirments

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search (training can be provided if partially familiar)
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of LLMs & AI content generation tools
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
