Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Security Analyst located in Chennai. Responsibilities include performing vulnerability assessments & Penetration Testing, and assisting Projects. The Junior Security Analyst will also collaborate with senior team members to implement security protocols and enhance the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security concepts and practices
Familiarity with Application Security, Network Security, OWASP TOP 10, SANS 25, CVSS Rating and CVE.
Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying, diagnosing, and addressing complex security issues
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, security tools, and compliance standards
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or any equivalent (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of Experience.
