Junior Sales Representative (US Process)

As an individual helping to drive engagement for the Charter business vertical, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Promoting the Charter business for the product - Developing the business vertical by understanding the needs of both B2B and B2C users - Allocating 70% of efforts towards B2C and 30% towards B2B - Creating processes to enhance the internal day-to-day efficiency of the business - Supporting the Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify user needs - Analyzing market trends by collaborating closely with the Planning team To be successful in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development and Sales - Experience in selling in the US market - High energy levels and exceptional communication skills - Passion for sales with convincing abilities - Capability to engage clients with prompt query resolution and regular follow-ups via calls and emails - Tech-savvy with the ability to work on no-code platforms - Strong process orientation and documentation ethic, familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets - Good analytical skills will be advantageous - Availability to work during US hours to support operations - Full-time availability with a 5-day working week, mostly on weekdays - Possess a growth mindset and a willingness to learn - Ready to take initiative and solve problems proactively - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team - Understanding of logistics will be beneficial for the role Please note that this job requires working closely with the team to drive engagement for the Charter business vertical.,
