Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry trends and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
