Junior Regional Controller/ Junior SOC Controller

As the Junior Regional Controller at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and standardization of security policies and programs to safeguard corporate business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include representing Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence, monitoring and responding to security and safety-related events, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for live monitoring of electronic security systems to detect unauthorized entry or criminal activity in client office premises, ensuring the protection of employees, customer confidential information, assets, and business operations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for employees and other relevant parties seeking to report incidents, request emergency assistance, or seek security-related advice related to the client site. Furthermore, you will be required to escalate any incidents, events, or environmental conditions that could potentially impact the client's interests to senior management. Additionally, you will conduct security analysis of identified incidents and share detailed reports with the Security Analyst Supervisor. Collaboration with global teams, experience in Global Command Centre operation, effective communication skills, adaptability to changing environments, attention to detail, and the ability to drive progressive change are key qualifications for this role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, along with formal security education, is required. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent analytical skills, maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should also be comfortable with regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, standing, walking, and occasional travel as required.
