For our Commercial team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Regional Account Manager.

About Job:

• Support business development in assigned region (new markets, applications, channels)
• Assist in identifying strategic projects and partnerships along the value chain
• Suggest commercial growth opportunities to supervisor
• Help implement corporate business development strategies
• Maintain and support customer relationships across key accounts
• Collaborate with agents, distributors, and internal teams
• Assist in preparing accurate reports and forecasts
• Contribute to market intelligence and CRM data collection
• Support marketing activities (events, promotions, exhibitions)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with RAMs, CSRs, and Application Managers to support growth

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from reputed institute with MBA/PGDM in marketing/sales management
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
