Job Description

In this role at Ambit Collective, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. You will also screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Additionally, you will be scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, and providing onboarding support. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative methods. - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support. - Maintain an updated talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. - Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. - Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice. - Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare reports for management. - Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting. - Experience in employer branding initiatives is a plus.
