Key Responsibilities: Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Post job openings on various platforms to attract talent. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers. Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining documentation. Support HR team in other administrative and recruitment-related activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
