Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Rebar Detailer based in Thanjavur. The Junior Rebar Detailer will work in the preparation of reinforcement steel drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Key responsibilities include creating and revising detailed shop drawings for construction projects, interpreting design and structural plans, and collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines and project requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with team members.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in reinforcement steel detailing, technical drawing, and shop drawing preparation.
• Proficiency in interpreting and understanding design and structural plans.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
• Basic computer skills with experience in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• A team-player mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or structural detailing is an advantage but not mandatory.
