Junior React Native Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Junior React Native Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team in Kolkata. You will be working on real-world mobile app projects with strict timelines and must be comfortable handling work pressure.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in React Native development
• Must be currently located in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately (No remote option)
• Must be able to join immediately
• Knowledge of Flutter is a strong plus
• Having at least one live app on the Play Store/App Store is preferred
• Familiarity with Git, API integration, and UI/UX principles
• Should know how to use AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) effectively in development
• Those who do not leverage AI tools in their workflow will not be considered

Work Environment & Expectations:

• This is a fast-paced role — you’ll be expected to take ownership and deliver under pressure
• Regular code reviews and performance discussions
• Exposure to full mobile app development lifecycle

Salary: 10,000-20,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
