Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Junior React Developer Min 1+ year Work experince who ships clean, reliable frontend code. You’ll work on web apps end-to-end in React, integrate REST APIs (GET/POST), parse JSON, and turn design specs into responsive, accessible interfaces. Angular and Node.js exposure is a plus.

Type: Full-time, on-premise (Sector III, Kolkata)
Start: Immediate joiner preferred
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on skills & fit).

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive UIs with React (hooks, functional components, routing).
• Consume REST APIs with fetch/Axios; handle auth headers, errors, and JSON parsing.
• Convert Figma/UX specs into pixel-accurate components; write reusable UI building blocks.
• Manage state (Context/Redux/Zustand) and form flows (validation, edge cases).
• Add unit/basic integration tests; fix bugs fast; push code with Git PR discipline.
• Collaborate with designers/PMs/back-end engineers in an AI-first environment.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–2 years of professional web frontend experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals; ES6+, async/await, modules.
• Solid React skills (hooks, router, component composition).
• API integration basics: REST, HTTP verbs (GET/POST), status codes, debouncing, pagination.
• JSON handling: parsing, schema awareness, defensive coding.
• HTML5/CSS3/Responsive layout; accessibility basics.
• Clear problem-solving and logical thinking — a developer, not a “vibe coder.”

Nice to Have

• Angular (components, services, RxJS basics).
• Node.js/Express fundamentals (routes, controllers, middleware).
• MySQL/Mongo
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows and simple CI.
