Junior Quality Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a Junior Quality Manager in Nashik, responsible for ensuring that products and services meet all necessary requirements before reaching the consumer. Your role will involve inspecting final products for compliance with legal standards and customer expectations. A key aspect of your job will be to understand product/service requirements and uphold quality standards to maintain the company's reputation and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. - Set detailed guidelines and quality standards for product inspection. - Establish requirements for suppliers and monitor their compliance with quality standards. - Ensure adherence to health, safety guidelines, and legal obligations. - Define quality metrics for manufacturing procedures and conduct regular tests to identify malfunctions. - Monitor product development processes for deviations from quality standards. - Inspect final output, compare properties to requirements, and approve/reject products accordingly. - Maintain accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, and solicit customer feedback. - Set and track quality assurance goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop efficient procedures. Qualification Required: - BE in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, Business Management/BBA/MBA with good grades. - Experience in the healthcare industry (up to 1 year) is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in MS Office (advanced level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with knowledge of MS Project as an advantage. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Strong social skills, ability to work in teams, lead effectively, and handle stressful situations. - Availability for travel as required and possession of a valid LMV driving license is preferred. - Detail-oriented, result-driven, with a good understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards. - Strong math abilities and knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.,
