Junior Quality Engineer

As a Junior Quality Engineer in the automation and special purpose machine (SPM) industry, your role will involve assisting in ensuring that automation systems and machinery meet high-quality standards. You will be responsible for performing inspections and tests, identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, documenting test results, and collaborating with engineers and production teams to maintain product quality. Additionally, you will help with calibration, supplier quality management, continuous improvement of production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform inspections and tests on automation systems and machinery to ensure they meet quality standards. - Assist in identifying and troubleshooting quality issues during production. - Support in documenting test results, quality reports, and providing recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with engineers and production teams to maintain product quality. - Help with calibration and maintenance of equipment. - Assist in supplier quality management and resolving quality-related issues with suppliers. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and automation systems. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Required: - A degree or diploma in engineering or a related field. - Basic understanding of quality control and testing procedures. - Familiarity with automation systems (PLC, robotics, etc.) is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
